Job Title: Business Development ManagerResponsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with local logistics and warehousing providers to ensure high service standards.
  • Lead strategic planning and execution of fulfillment and logistics operations to support business continuity.
  • Identify and implement cost-effective logistics and warehousing solutions while maintaining operational stability.
  • Collaborate with overseas logistics teams to streamline business processes and resolve daily operational exceptions.
  • Analyze logistics operations and propose innovative strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce costs.

Required Skills / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leading logistics and warehousing company, preferably with 3PL management experience in a top-tier e-commerce logistics environment. Experience with e-commerce customer projects is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and the local language.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage logistics during peak demand periods.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, strategic mindset, and adaptability.
  • Excellent negotiation skills for managing supplier relationships.
