Quintagroup provides consulting, programming, and support services to organizations interested in web-based solutions on an open-platform basis. We develop e-auction, e-procurement, and e-commerce solutions. We are fond of open source and Python.

Now, we are looking for a talented Product Designer.

As a Product Designer, you’ll be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and refining our fitness-related digital products. You’ll work closely with a cross-functional team to create user-centered designs that seamlessly blend functionality with aesthetics.

Your responsibilities would include:

— Lead the design process from concept to launch for new features and products
— Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
— Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and proper implementation
— Contribute to the evolution of our product design system
— Participate in design critiques and present your work to stakeholders

Requirements:

— 3+ years of experience in product design or UI/UX design
— Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design processes
— Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
— Experience in conducting user research, creating user personas, and journey mapping
— Ability to translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions
— Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
— Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in product design
— Experience with design systems and component libraries
— Familiarity with agile development processes
— Advanced level of English proficiency, with excellent communication skills
