We are looking for a dedicated IT Sales Representative for cloud technologies, hardware, and technical support to join our team in Kyiv. Key responsibilities will include developing Span Cloud business (including, but not limited to, Microsoft CSP and related cloud services) in the Ukrainian market, working remotely with Span's sales and technical personnel based in Croatia and Ukraine, as well as local clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Promoting Span's services while maintaining regular communication with clients.
- Generating sales in segments such as:
- Cloud subscriptions (mostly through direct/indirect Microsoft CSP channels, as well as AWS and Google Cloud).
- Services related to cloud subscriptions.
- Software and hardware.
- Technical support.
- Collaborating closely with other Span teams, as necessary (sales, software solutions, consulting services, and management teams in Croatia and Ukraine) to maximize sales volume and efficiency and create a better customer experience.
- Providing quality customer service, pricing proposals, and basic technical knowledge for designated sales.
- Attending client meetings to assist in preparing proposals based on stakeholders' needs and clients' requirements.
- Participating in networking events and conferences, obtaining Microsoft and, if necessary, other providers' certifications to develop expertise in channels, products, and technologies.
- Executing all actions and measures aimed at achieving the agreed business plan.
- Regularly reporting to regional management.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Bachelor's/master's degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT/technical presales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and networks.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency, both spoken and written.
Additional advantages:
- Sales of Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform and Microsoft O365/M365 (services and components, configuration and optimization of specifications, billing specifics, discount/incentive systems, authorization, competencies, certifications).
- Direct/indirect Microsoft CSP channel (operations basics, local CSP channel landscape, requirements, authorization, competencies, certifications).
- Selling GCP/AWS would be an advantage.
- Understanding of how to sell technical and other services (pre-sales and post-sales support, assistance and support) related to multi-cloud subscriptions.
