We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Social Media Manager to join our Marketing Department Team on a part-time basis.

What should you do?

• Stay updated on and apply SMM trends;
• Develop social media strategies for customers (LinkedIn) and content plan;
• Prepare social media content according to plan: text content and graphics to support it;
• Manage and promote the company’s LinkedIn account;
• Work with an in-house designer to design visuals for posts and targeting;
• Enhance social media campaign effectiveness through metric analysis.

What do we need?

• Demonstrating a solid grasp of LinkedIn algorithms;
• Copywriting skills: we don't expect you to write technically complicated long-reads, but business-oriented 1k character posts are necessary;
• Basic knowledge of photo editing tools such as Canva, Figma, or equivalent software;
• Proficiency in comprehending and analyzing metrics for assessing LinkedIn performance;
• Ensuring high-quality, error-free written content;
• 12+ months of experience in SMM for IT;
• written English skills — your level should be no lower than Upper-Intermediate.

Bonus skills:

• Proficient in using photo and video editing tools.
