Founded in 2020, Gunzilla Games is the independent AAA video game developer and publisher behind the free-to-play mobile game TECHNOCORE, the gamer-first blockchain GUNZ, and the upcoming next-gen battle royale Off The Grid, in three metropolitan locations: Frankfurt, Germany (HQ); Kyiv, Ukraine; and London, UK. ABOUT THE JOB

Gunzilla Games is looking for a Junior Metagame Programmer, who will design and develop metagame features for our game OTG (Off The Grid), an all-new AAA Battle Royale 2.0 third-person shooter, due for release on PlayStation®5, Xbox® Series X|S and PC

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop Metagame features’ such as a shop, inventory, player statistics & progression, etc. from the backend to UI
• Work closely with game & UI/UX designers to iterate core player engagement & experience systems

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 6 months of professional experience & knowledge C++
• Familiarity with Design patterns (Observer especially), Data-Oriented design, and SOLID/GRASP principles
• Understanding of Algorithms & data structures

PLUSES

• Experience with Playfab, Gamelift or other similar third-party backend solutions
• Understanding of JS/TS concepts
• Experience with Unreal Engine
