Our new team member needs to:

• Have ability to deal with big data sets and passionate about cracking it;
• Have proficiency in MS Office (advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI – will be an advantage);
• Have to be open to learning how to work with different databases & tools (creation of the reports in Power BI is needed);
• Have to be quick in understanding customers and shoppers needs and the needs of commercial colleagues to respond with respective actionable insights;
• Have to be motivated, engaging, and proactive collaboration and cross-functional cooperation;
• Have to be curious (looking for constant self-upgrade & learning new approaches & methodologies)
• Have his/her English at pre-intermediate level or above.

You can be successful in this role if:

• You develop regular & ad hoc reports based on different external data sources;
• You provide accurate and meaningful commercial insights with Commercial function in the areas of market share reporting, category, channel, consumers, and shoppers data;
• You take participation in industry short term (up to 3 years) & long terms (up to 10 years) forecast creation by providing Insights on macroeconomics, categories, channels & key players;
• You lead onboarding process on relevant databases, data usage and insights interpretation.

The main office of the company is located in Velyka Dymerka. Corporate buses are provided from metro stations Chernihivska and Lybidska, and also, from the city of Brovary and the settlements of Velyka Dymerka, Bohdanivka, Kalyta.
