For This Role

In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement ideas for creating animated characters for web resources, identity, illustrations with the focus on high-complexity projects and technology

• Validate client's request, plan and evaluate needed resources (team composition, tools, etc.) and lead the execution of the motion design project to ensure its success. Forecast needed budget and approve it with the PM

• Develop and implement comprehensive design and animation strategies, processes, and guidelines to ensure consistency, efficiency, and creativity in all motion design projects across the organization

• Participate in the initiatives of the company's design community by establishing communication, joint selection of tools, sharing experience, knowledge and feedback, initiating and coordinating additional projects in the are

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Strong experience with motion design and character animation reflected in your portfolio
• Experience with Cinema 4d, Blender, Maya or similar tool
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and tight deadline
• High level of engagement and feedback skill
• Upper-Intermediate English

As a plus:

• Character creation skills
