You will join Bond Project — Automation of government bond purchase processes for legal entities

Your responsibilities:

  • Collecting, analyzing, and documenting software requirements
  • Collaborate with business owners to clarify their requirements for new or enhanced business processes/products
  • Prepare specification documents for approved decisions
  • Develop a system-level view to ensure consistency in requirements
  • Facilitate the alignment of end user requirements with system capabilities
  • Explore integration points with external/internal systems and help development teams with integration
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand architecture implications for business decisions

Requirements

Preferred qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of system analysis, preferably in the financial sector or digital product industry
  • Knowledge of the process/stages of development of software products (SDLC)
  • Understanding project management methodologies (Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Ability to prepare documentation following project management methodology
  • Knowledge of the principles of requirements development and management (types of requirements, methods of identification, boundaries of the subject area, system quality attributes, and priorities)
  • Understanding of microservice and event-oriented architecture
  • Knowledge of data exchange formats (XML, JSON)
  • Knowledge of the rules of interaction with external systems (REST, Kafka)
  • Skills using workflow management tools for teams (Jira, Confluence)
  • Skills using SQL to work with databases (DBMS PL/SQL Developer, PgAdmin)
  • Skills description of business processes (BPMN), interaction diagrams (Sequence Diagram)

Nice to have:

  • Work experience in the banking sector in the direction of servicing active operations
  • Understanding of the chart of accounts of the NBU
