Our client is looking for a curious individual who can help continually build quality into their software development. The client see QA as not just quality assurance but quality assistance too. Having people who want to learn and share their passion with their peers is crucial to their success. This role is technical, and as a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be focused on the team’s effectiveness. Core to the role is directing and managing daily tasks, as well as establishing knowledge transfer and maintaining skill levels across the team.

• Create detailed, comprehensive and well structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Helps identify the tools that will enable the QA team to get the job done effectively and efficiently
• Communicate with internal teams to identify system requirements
• Update and disseminate documents as needed
• Track and record quality assurance metrics
• Develop and apply testing techniques for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Helps identify the risks in the project and communicate concerns to the Lead, Quality Assurance
