We are currently looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join the Merchant Experience team and work on developing and maintaining our Frontend platform to make feature development for web products faster and more efficient.

The Frontend platform is a set of tools and system approaches, including UI components, libraries, widgets, and related services that ensure speed and high predictability in product feature development.

Technologies you will be working with:

• React.js
• TypeScript always strict
• gRPC (Connect RPC) + generated API clients
• Monorepository (Nx, pnpm, vite)
• React-query, react-hook-form
• Design system (Storybook, atomic design, design tokens)
  
  Your tasks will be:
  
• design (UML/ADR/RFC), document, and develop new features using TS/React;
• write unit/integration tests and increase code coverage with tests;
• monitor and improve the overall functionality of the product;
  conduct code reviews;
• foster a development culture and share acquired knowledge within the Frontend Guild.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• 5+ years of commercial experience with TS/React;
• strong knowledge of TypeScript's type system and experience in writing reusable type-safe code;
• solid skills in React and knowledge of its ecosystem — render optimization, compositional and architectural patterns;
• experience in code coverage with automated tests (Unit/Integration/E2E);
• product-oriented mindset, initiative, and ability to take ownership;
• interest and proactive steps toward technical development.

Will be an advantage - experience:

• experience with DDD/Clean/Hexagonal/Layered architectural approaches;
• mentoring skills and experience developing junior/middle Frontend engineers;
• experience in creating and publishing TS/React libraries;
• ability to learn quickly.
