The work has given me experience with VIP customers, he taught corporate quality, made it possible to learn a lot of the necessary skills to communicate with people. Working day was 8 hours. Usually every three months we went through psychological training. It worked on the project from 12 to 30 people. The salary we received twice a month, the rate and bonuses. The main thing was that there was the opportunity for career growth.
I worked in the company 5 years ago, thus I can't tell a lot about it now. The bank was a good place to work in. Besides, I earned good money during my working period there. However, I did not learn much working in the bank as I am quite initiative and smart to build my path by my own - I did not study from managers there. One more thing to say - sometimes I thought that plans level was to high and it really made it difficult to perform well as I needed to search for new meeting instead of conducting productive negotiations with clients I have already attracted.
