I didn't have any problems with them. Sometimes I had overtimes but all of them was compensated
All are good, especially the working schedule and how & what to wear to work flexibility.Good office and colleagues. New rotation roles to work on.
I truly enjoy and feel thankful for my work experience at Gameloft. I have chances to work with global people and global projects. I'm empowered to take initiatives. My voices are heard. My managers have good leadership and capability. There's no political issue at all. Everyone is friendly, collaborative, result-oriented and quality-focused. The workforce are young and multinational -> diversity and inclusion culture.

Superiors are focused on the work and the growth of the employee.
Not so strict with the dress code but when it comes to work, we prioritize delivering high quality projects.

Công ty đã từng như ngôi nhà thứ 2 của tôi. Mọi thứ đều tốt chỉ có điều là sếp không tăng lương nên không đủ sống và phải nghỉ thôi.

Vị trí cũ mỗi lần xin nghỉ có việc thì hỏi đủ thứ . Có ai làm thay thì mới cho nghỉ, mà ai cũng bận chứ có ai rảnh mà làm thay
It was a fun place to work at, with nice colleagues and a nice place to work in. in a typical day at work i was testing software on mobile devices, and then make bug regression.
Es un buen lugar de trabajo, buen ambiente y facilidad de horario
Gameloft es una empresa buena para trabajar en cuanto se trata del trabajo. No hay muchas oportunidades de crecer en la empresa. El trabajo de uno no es apreciado ni valorado por gerencia. Unos de los problemas principales que afecta la moral es que personal de bajo desempeño es permitido seguir trabajando sin ninguna penalidad mientras que el personal que si trabaja carga el peso del trabajo no realizado.

Administración de la empresa es pésima, Gerencia y supervisores no tienen ningún interés en sus empleados, permiten personal con bajo desempeño permanecer en la empresa sin ningúna penalidad

En el turno vespertino solo hay 15 minutos de descanso, sin embargo es un turno de 7 horas.

A lot has been learned from my stay in Gameloft. I clearly understood every aspect of my duties and had a clear grasp of the essence of working. The reponsibilities I handled were not that hard when I first came into the company, but as I went along, I realized that those things that I'm doing are important for the company and would reflect on my performance as an Intern. I would never forget this experience as this was my first taste on what it is like to be working.
