Work schedule is flexible. Most of the people come to work between 11am and 12pm. We have at least 1 scrum meeting per day. I learned how to work with agile, how to communicate with customers (they're from Sweden). The hardest part of job is a meeting with some customers at 8am. Difficult to wake up early.
GlobalLogic is an IT outsourcing company. I worked for its office in Ukraine. Great office infrastructure and facilities added much to overall employees performance. It is quite rare that management helped people to archive goals but I could see it in GL Ukraine. We had a great team of professionals in Kyiv and Montreal (most of the team) that did so much to have our product stable and useful, to provide the best service for our customers all over the world.
I liked this job mostly for the continuous technical challenges.
