Work schedule is flexible. Most of the people come to work between 11am and 12pm. We have at least 1 scrum meeting per day. I learned how to work with agile, how to communicate with customers (they're from Sweden). The hardest part of job is a meeting with some customers at 8am. Difficult to wake up early.
If you met the right team with the right management you could be a rockstar. If you got to the wrong team you're better quit. This place is really run by you manager so if didn't get along - you will have no chances to grow.
Well established mature processes, great expertise
"Friends first" approach of some managers, recent savings policy
I love the calm business climate here. Other things vary depending on the concrete project. That's the nature of all outstaffing companies. You may both work with cutting edge technologies and grow your skills daily, or fight boredom.
