GOOD: nice English teachers in Kyiv office, flexible office hours, possible to stay home and work remotely, some colleagues were very nice. Staff is invited to attend MGID Academy to learn some about digital marketing. SOME guys in HR were very nice too (some - is the key!), BAD: poorly managed, no plans, no meetings, no transparency. You don't know what other people in the team do and how your duties match your colleagues' ones. Mesogynic management. Almost all team leaders were males. Big gap in male and female wages. Most of my male coworkers had cars and houses. Male candidates are more desired to be offered interesting positions while females stuck on routine tasks without intellectual challenge. Its typical for Ukraine but MGID identifies itself as an INTERNATIONAL company. But with tough 90s post soviet management style. Management is about as non-communicative as you can imagine about goals or reasons for decisions. Lots of stress due to team leader was too lazy to make proper planning. You never know what you have to do to get promotion or salary grows. You are not even an employee but a contractor. They can fire you in a day without notice period and compensation. The office conditions gross. I was cheated from the interview they're going to move to a new fancy office in two months. But they stayed in the same shitty office for longer than a year! Shaddy business. The staff doesn't have any pieces of training on how to collaborate with mates and how to treat each other with respect.
