Responsibilities:

• Cooperation with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, and maintaining an internal database.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
• Manage the performance of test tasks by candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in technical recruitment to continuously improve recruiting processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Experience with recruiting for outstaffing projects.
• English: upper intermediate
• Understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs and priorities.
