Remote Client Happiness Coordinator – Real Estate SaaS Company

About Us:
We are an innovative, consumer-facing SaaS company revolutionizing how real estate professionals connect with clients. Our mission is to empower users with intuitive solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience. We're seeking a highly motivated Client Happiness Coordinator to ensure client satisfaction, drive engagement, and support onboarding processes for our premium users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they are set up for success. This includes hosting one-on-one demos, answering initial questions, and helping them navigate the platform.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate assistance to build trust and satisfaction.
  • Training & Education: Develop and deliver webinars, tutorials, and training materials tailored to client needs, ensuring users fully understand and utilize platform features.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and insights to identify opportunities for platform enhancements and improve the overall customer journey.
  • Proactive Support: Schedule and conduct check-ins with paid plan clients to address their goals, optimize their experience, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Tool Development: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create resources such as FAQs, how-to guides, and video demonstrations.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle escalations with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency to resolve client concerns.
  • Upselling & Renewals: Identify opportunities for plan upgrades and help clients transition smoothly to enhanced features for expanded reach and capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably with a SaaS company, startup, real estate service, or consumer software company.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, virtual meeting software, and support platforms. Experience with real estate-related software is a plus.
  • Client-Centric Mindset: A passion for helping others succeed, with a proactive and empathetic approach to problem-solving.
  • Self-Starter: Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Training Expertise: Experience developing and leading training sessions, webinars, or customer-focused workshops.
  • Adaptability: Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in real estate, SaaS, or startups.
  • Familiarity with onboarding processes and customer success strategies.
  • Proven ability to foster long-term relationships with clients.
