As Warehouse Specialist at SGB-Electroalfa SRL. you will be responsible for the physical management of goods stock, ensuring accurate receipt, entry, and movement of goods. Your tasks include coordinating the reception process, verifying quantities and quality in line with supply orders, and managing stock operations based on relevant documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and quality reports. Additionally, you will actively participate in loading and unloading operations to ensure smooth warehouse processes.

These are your tasks:

• Ensure the physical management of the goods stock
• Convenes the reception committee, receives the goods (in terms of quantity, quality and d.p.v. of concordance with the supply order)
• Performs the operations of entry of goods into stock and operates in stock movements of goods
• Participates actively in the operations of loading / unloading of goods to / from the company warehouse
• Enter the goods in stock on the basis of the documents: invoice /advice, purchase order, quality documents

• Application of stock management legislation
• Working with procedures
• Consistent application of measures to protect stock integrity and security
