We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Seamstress to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a luxury environment and is passionate about high-end garment construction. You’ll be part of a dynamic, fast-growing brand with a strong emphasis on tailoring, quality, and personalisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct bespoke garments including dresses, blazers, trousers, skirts, and blouses with impeccable finishing.
• Sample development based on design specifications.
• Conduct fittings and measure clients with precision to ensure perfect fit and comfort.
• Alter and repair garments with care, including hemming, seam adjustments, and reshaping.
• Advise on garment construction and support design development with fabric and technique insights.
• Maintain sewing equipment and workstations in top condition.
• Press and finish garments to a professional, luxury standard.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury fashion or couture tailoring.
• Expertise in garment construction and couture finishing techniques.
• Sound knowledge of fabric types, drape, and tailoring principles.
• Strong pattern-cutting and draping skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, with strong attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A solutions-driven mindset and collaborative spirit.

Pay: 104,800.00грн - 115,300.00грн per month

Experience:

• Machinist: 10 years (Required)
