For this role, our client is looking for an experienced Digital Advertising Specialist who will be responsible for managing and executing ad campaigns across multiple platforms, such as Google, Meta, and Amazon. This is a full-time position during Eastern Standard Time from 9AM - 5PM.

The following Job-related experience is required for potential candidates for this role:

• Must have at least a year of experience as a Digital Advertising Specialist or similar role.
• Must have extensive experience in running ad campaigns across major platforms, including Google, Facebook (Meta), Instagram, and Amazon.
• Must be an expert with PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns and SEO strategies.
• Must have strong proficiency in keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management.
• Must be able to optimize content to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Must have advanced skills in using analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and maximize ROI.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Manage and execute ad campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring optimal performance.
• Conduct ongoing keyword research and audience targeting to refine campaign strategies.
• Optimize content to enhance organic search engine rankings and drive targeted traffic.
• Utilize analytics to monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to enhance results.
• Continuously refine and evolve advertising strategies to support long-term success and business growth.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits and compensation:

• A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
• A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
• A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
• Fully-paid healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
• Compensation range: $8.00 - $13.00 per hour.

* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
