AladdinB2B is looking for a quality assurance person who fits the startups culture - we are a young, happy, and motivated masterminds team working together remotely from all around the world. The Senior Accountant shall form a mastermind alliance with the CTO A software quality assurance(QA) engineer monitors every phase of the development process to ensure that the design and software adhere to company standards.

Business domain: Trade Show Management;Subject of testing: Test a new build Platform with all components.Testing type: Data Integrity, User Interfaces, Performance

Responsibilities:

• 
  Identify bugs and potentials problems within software

• Plan and perform different stages of testings

• Develop new tools, technologies and testing processes, including: Perform manual and automated testing

Create test planslog and document bugs in the tracking system (Jira)

• Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness

• Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes

• Document test progress and results

• Knowledge of the business domain

Job Specification:

• 
  5 years + of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer

• 5 years + of experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test DrivenDevelopment Strategies and other

• 5 years + of experience with coding using JAVA, HTML5, DB2, XML

• 5 years + of experience with web security technology

• 5 years + of experience with software QA tools and processes

• A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

• Team player

• Good time-management skills

• Great interpersonal and communication skill

Key Skills and characteristics:

• 
  Communication skills: Clear and accurate written and verbal communication is a must. Your job will be to tell other professionals that they've done something wrong and that the program or app doesn’t work right.

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Time management skills: Part of working on a team means working within other people’s timelines and finishing your work within reasonable deadlines. You won’t know when a problem might arise.

• Working experience in software development and software quality assurance
