Job Description:

As a QA Tester at Wellnite, you will be responsible for evaluating and ensuring the quality of our software applications. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other teams to identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring our solutions are user-friendly, reliable, and meet the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and plans to assess the quality of software products.
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools.
• Could you collaborate with developers and product teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues?
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Review and analyze system specifications.
• Provide detailed feedback to the development team on improvements and optimizations.
• Participate in software development's design and planning stages to provide QA input.
• Ensure all software releases meet quality standards before reaching end-users.
• Continuously improve testing processes and automation strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QA Tester or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with various testing methodologies and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., React Test Libraries, Cypress, JIRA, TestRail).
• Solid knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages and development environments (optional but beneficial).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in both manual and automated testing.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in testing web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
