BSG is an international mobile virtual network operator and an SMS provider with its own CPaaS platform, an automated SMS testing system.

We are looking for Business Development Manager, LATAM.

What will you do:

  • Act as the main commercial contact for existing and new customers and establish productive, professional relationships with clients;
  • Cross and up selling of messaging products by identifying new business opportunities across LATAM;
  • Proactively contact client base with any and all new commercial product/feature releases;
  • Meet monthly sales plans;
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating and signing contracts and agreements to maximize profit;
  • Maintaining CRM database, personal reporting;
  • Negotiating and signing contracts with M(V)Nos/suppliers of the Region.
  • Develop innovative and creative SMS trading models
  • Dynamically negotiate SMS commercials to bring the most value to BSG
  • Establish and optimize internal processes to effectively manage SMS trading and buy-sell interaction with SMS partners
  • Use your industry network and expertise to identify valuable SMS partners for BGS

What do we need:

  • Experience with the international and Latam market;
  • Experience managing multiple accounts
  • Knowledge of different SMS traffic profiles
  • At least 2 years of experience in a SMS sales role in the Telecom industry
  • Proven track record of success
  • Strong industry contacts
  • Fluent in both written and verbal English
