Peachy specializes in web development and optimization of various products. Today, one of our key areas is high-converting ecommerce projects on Shopify/WP/Webflow, and we aim to be at the forefront of this niche. Since our establishment in 2019, we have successfully completed over 500 projects and built a team of more than 80 talented and like-minded individuals. However, we are not content to rest on our laurels, exciting tasks and new projects lie ahead.

Currently, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team. As a Business Development Manager, you will spearhead our efforts to expand our client base, strengthen partnerships, and maximizing ROI.

—Hourly pay.

What we're looking for:

—2+ successful Sales/Business development experience within the IT industry.

—Experience in working with the B2B segment and familiarity with the US market.

—Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

—Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

—Experience in building business and go-to-market strategies, identifying perspective markets and channels and tactics to succeed there.

—Proven track record of developing successful partnerships.

—Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results.

—Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

—English proficiency at the Upper intermediate level or above.

Responsibilities:

— Attract new clients and partners through various social networking tools such as Linkedln, Upwork and others.

—Provide consultation to the company on how to improve our proposals, pricing, and overall sales approach.

—Participating in market and user research to identify and refine new opportunities.

—Create and implement a partnership-marketing strategy that drives revenue growth.

— Collaborate with business development, technology, sales, and marketing teams to identify, evaluate, and drive optimal synergy with new potential partners.

—Work with CRM.

—Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry news to inform sales strategy.
