Ceres Ukraine, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. is recruiting staff to bid for a UNDP proposal entitled Feasibility Study on Recycle and Reuse of Debris Waste. The 5-month project is anticipated to begin in late June or early July 2024. We anticipate recruiting five Analysts in the following fields, economics, engineering (preferably with construction experience), environment, generalist, legal, and recycling.

The Analysts must be located in Kyiv (no relocation allowance or per diem is programmed for the position) and be available for 40 hours in month 1, full-time for months 2-4, and 80 hours for the last month. They also must have experience implementing donor-funded analytical projects (preferably UNDP projects). High-level Ukrainian and English language skills are both required. Bachelor's degree in any of the fields listed for the position, or other relevant fields is required and qualification at the level of “Specialist / Master” is preferred.

A minimum of four years’ work experience is required and more than five is preferred

Experience in performing analytical work in international projects is required with the minimum experience being two projects and more than three preferred.

Proficiency in Ukrainian and English with Ukrainian at UN Level IV and English no less than UN Level II.
