We are looking for an ambitious and energetic CBDO to help us expand our product worldwide. You will be at the front of the company and dedicated to creating and applying an effective sales strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of affiliate marketing in FinTech, and a passion for delivering an exceptional CPA network.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the network globally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners in the affiliate marketing field.
• Negotiate and finalize high-value agreements to meet the company's growth objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase the company's market presence and revenue.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives.
• Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent the company and forge professional connections.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in business development within the CPA networks/Partnership Programs.
• Expertise in formulating and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to the FinTech sector.
• Proven ability to expand networking worldwide and develop strategic business relations.
• Skilled in conducting comprehensive market research to identify potential partners and understand competitive dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and identify opportunities.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and inspire others.
• Willingness to travel as required for business meetings and industry events;
• English level - B2 as a minimum.
