Currently, we are looking for a person who will join us in the position of:

Country Manager for Ukrainian Market

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Budget execution along with achieving revenue targets (that includes attracting new customers and cross-sell and up-sell )
  • Responsibility for local Team, participating in recruitment processes, onboarding and mentoring for the new Team Members, taking care of team satisfaction and effectiveness
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with our Partners, Clients, and local Google Cloud Team
  • Supporting your Team Members in sales process as well as visiting the customers
  • Establishing sales and marketing strategy based on companies business plans
  • Market research and analysis, adapting the sales and marketing strategy to local conditions
  • Planning and implementation of sales and marketing activities tailored to target groups
  • Full ownership of local operations - work closely with CRO, Sales, Marketing and Tech Teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an individual entrepreneur or building the company's structures from scratch
  • Business orientation ideally proven by experience and success track record
  • Managerial experience with building and running the Team as the owner of market operations
  • Excellent Problem-solving attitude
  • Extraordinary negotiation skills in B2B sales channels
  • English language on a very good level (C1+) and Ukrainian on native level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • You worked cross-functionally between Sales, Customer Success, Marketing
  • Interest in the technology, especially cloud solutions would be an asset
