Product Designer (for Moonlock)

In this role, you will:

• Responsible for user-centric design creation aligned with business demands, users’ feedback, metrics, etc., within the product’s vision and strategy;
• Identify the target audience’s needs and problems based on the presented qualitative and quantitative data; and for their analysis of competitors’ decisions and platforms’ development for which the product is made to increase its user’s value;
• Design solutions development with the product’s goals and technical limitations taken into account;
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency and scalability across the product;
• Responsible for the quality of design solutions implementation through collaboration with programmers and other team members and monitoring of the conformity of the final functionality with design models;
• Together with PM and product analysts, is responsible for the constant development of design solutions based on the data received after launching of new product solutions;
• Participate in the product and/or company’s design community initiatives by developing better communication, mutual tool choice, experience, knowledge, and feedback exchange and launching and coordinating additional projects in the area.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• 3+ years of product design experience;
• Strong digital portfolio of your past works;
• Experience working in product companies, startups or fast-changing environments;
• Development and maintenance of a project from idea to launch;
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions;
• The team is working with Figma, so you need practical skills and confidence to use it.

As a plus:

• Graphic design skills
• Experience conducting and/or participating in quality product research (usability testing, user surveys, etc.)
• Experience developing design systems, UI Kits
• Experience with UI animation tools.
