We are looking for a self-driven **Full-Stack Developer ** who is confident taking ownership of product implementation across the entire stack – from building user interfaces to developing backend logic and managing deployment. You will work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly, and where adaptability, proactivity, and the ability to deliver iteratively using AI-assisted tools are highly valued.

Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of both frontend and backend features.
• Work independently and manage priorities in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Translate evolving product ideas into scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Actively utilize AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, GPT models) to accelerate development while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Deploy product versions and ensure production readiness.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Next.js
• Hands-on experience with tools and frameworks like:
• Zustand, Tailwind CSS, Express.js
• MongoDB, PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) as part of your dev workflow
• Ability to work independently, own delivery, and iterate rapidly in a fast-paced environment
• Practical understanding of deploying and maintaining production-ready web applications

Nice to Have:

• Experience with React Native, Firebase, React Query, Recoil, AWS, or NestJS
• Previous work in early-stage startups
• Product thinking and a good design/UX sense
