OUR HIRING PROCESS:

  • We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
  • We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
  • At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
  • From there on, it's decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live. After all, we consider our team members our family, and we want you to feel comfortable and welcomed.


We are looking for a creative person who already knows something about design and is eager to develop in this direction. For our part, we are ready to provide a wide range of tasks - from web design and presentation creation to logo development and specialized sales material.

Responsibilities:


  • Creation and updating of marketing materials: PDF, infographics, presentations;
  • Design of banners for social networks;
  • Participation in the development of logos for new projects;
  • Participation in updating the design of sites;
  • Maintain a superior attention to detail;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best design practices to continually improve the quality and efficiency of your work;
  • Effectively manage your time, meet all deadlines;
  • Have a sense of humor and an egoless approach to doing extraordinary work;
  • Stay proactive, accountable, and responsive, adapting to any situation.

    Requirements:
  • 0.5 - 1 year of experience experience in graphic design, with the first works in your portfolio that you are proud of;
  • Knowledge and experience in the following design tools: Figma, Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD;
  • Сonfident knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides;
  • Сlear understanding of the principles and best practices of responsive design;
  • An inventive, original thinker;
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic;
  • Proficiency in English, equivalent to B1 level or higher.

    Additional qualifications that would be considered a plus:
  • Experience in animation, video editing, or 3D graphics;
  • Working skills in After Effect;
  • Experience with generative AI tools.

Schedule: Monday and Wednesday 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM EEST (Kyiv time) Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM EEST (Kyiv time).
