Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop visual design elements for various platforms, including websites, mobile apps, social media, advertisements, and print materials.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design elements adhere to the company's branding guidelines and contribute to the development of a cohesive brand identity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand their design needs and translate them into compelling visual concepts.
• User Experience Enhancement: Incorporate user-centered design principles to create designs that offer a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Prototyping and Wireframing: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Feedback Incorporation: Revise and update designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure that the designs remain fresh and relevant.
• Asset Management: Manage and produce digital assets, including graphics, layouts, and multimedia components.
• Project Management: Manage design projects from concept through completion, meeting deadlines and working within budget constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in visual design, including composition, color theory, typography, and creative branding.
• Proficiency in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, Figma).
• Understanding of web design and mobile app design principles, including responsive design.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and decisions.
• Attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
