Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong background in branding, packaging, and infographics. This role involves creating visually stunning and effective graphics that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. You will design a wide range of materials for both digital and print media, including social media visuals, promotional materials, website graphics, packaging designs, and more. The position is remote, but the candidate must be available to work during California business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for various channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, promotional materials, packaging, and infographics.
• Develop and maintain design assets, templates, and packaging prototypes that reflect our brand identity and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual content that supports branding strategy, marketing objectives, and product packaging.
• Create visually engaging infographics that communicate complex information effectively to our customers.
• Lead the design and development of packaging for FluentPet products, ensuring that it meets branding standards and enhances the customer experience.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, design consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
• Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve designs, including packaging prototypes.
• Stay updated on packaging design trends, infographics best practices, and industry standards to ensure our designs are modern and effective.
• Ensure all design work is optimized for different platforms and formats, including responsive design for web and mobile, and for physical packaging requirements.
• Work with external vendors and partners as needed for design-related projects, including packaging production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging design, infographics, and other design work.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
• Proven experience in developing packaging design solutions, creating infographics, and implementing brand strategies across various media.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout, with the ability to adapt to both digital and physical mediums.
• Experience working on product packaging design, from conceptualization to final production.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with web design and user interface (UI) design is a plus.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
• Passion for animal communication and understanding of the pet industry is a plus.
• Must be available to work during California business hours.
