YOUR IMPACT:

• Find and engage external UGC creators (Influencers, Bloggers, Actors, etc.) to produce impactful and inclusive marketing content.
• Develop UGC concepts, manage the collaboration process, and ensure timely delivery of final content.
• Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with creators.
• Manage and maintain the database and relationships with UGC creators.
• Analyze UGC performance and implement data-driven improvements to optimize results.
• Test and analyze hypotheses to identify effective UGC marketing strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends to introduce fresh ideas and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance strategies and achieve business goals.

ABOUT YOU:

• About 1 year of experience in UGC or influencer marketing.
• Ability to create engaging scripts and briefs for UGC campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of creating compelling ad concepts (hooks & CTAs) tailored to target audiences.
• Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics to evaluate and improve content effectiveness.
• A keen interest in social media trends, tricks, and tips, with the ability to educate others on the latest developments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Fluent English.
