About the project

Our Health Platform simplifies the path to optimal health by offering personalized, easy-to-understand insights and immediate support. Technical stack

The system consists of a mobile application built on React Native and a web part based on React. The backend is a combination of different microservices deployed on AWS EKS. The main services are built using Python (Django) and Java (Spring Boot). We also use AWS infrastructure such as Lambdas, S3, SNS, SQS, and Cognito. The project is moving to Terraform as the main deployment system. Also, we are using Maestro Automation Mobile Framework for the e2e tests.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manual test cases for mobile (iOS and Android) and web applications based on project requirements.
• Test APIs using tools like Postman or similar platforms.
• Utilize emulators for mobile application testing as needed.
• Identify, document, and track defects in a bug-tracking system.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Perform regression and exploratory testing to ensure product quality.
• Execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and test database functionality.
• Maintain clear and detailed test documentation.
• Contribute to discussions on improving QA processes and tools.

Requirements

• Experience in testing mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Hands-on experience in API testing.
• Familiarity with emulators for testing purposes.
• Understanding of database fundamentals and ability to execute SQL queries.
• Basic knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of SDLC/STLC processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with product managers and developers (including handling complex communication).

• Experience in web and mobile test automation.
