We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our Treasury Team. As our team expands, we are looking to strengthen our processes by hiring a dedicated Junior Treasury Specialist. The person in this role will assist in the company's payment processes and ensure timely payment execution by carefully reviewing payment requests and related documents.

In this role, you will:

• Control over payment register daily by checking payment request information, statuses, and documents
• Review payment documents and ensure their correctness by communicating with requestors and controlling changes to payment documents if needed
• Administration of virtual cards (process requests for card generation, limit increase, usage, etc.)
• Maintain the correctness of financial data (bank statements, balances, etc.) of companies in the ERP system (Odoo) by processing and importing the statements
• Consult employees on payment procedures, terms and documents requirements based on corporate policies
• Keep records over Contractors details in the ERP system.
• Perform on-demand reports and tasks from treasury manager to support treasury processes

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• A degree or relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field
• Pre-intermediate or Intermediate level of English
• Proficiency in Excel
• Understanding of accounting and banking principles
• Capability to analyze payment documents, perform on-demand research, and generate basic reports
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal requestors to ensure proper payment procedures

As a plus:

• Prior experience as a Treasury Specialist
• Working with Odoo (or other ERP systems)
• Experience in payments, financial control, bank statements processing, and document drafting
