Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative Junior Employer Branding and Communications Specialist. In this role, you will enhance Pwrteams’ employer brand and engage current and potential employees through compelling communication. You will be implementing strategies that make the company stand out in the local market and developing its reputation as an inspiring employer of choice for top talent. Your role will be essential in aligning our external employer brand with our internal culture, ensuring a consistent and engaging message to both current and potential employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute employer branding strategies that reflect Pwrteams’ values, culture and employee experience to attract top talent
  • Enhance the company’s online presence through the creation of meaningful & engaging content (career site, blog, social media, external publications, videos, testimonials, newsletters)
  • Promote employee stories to showcase Pwrteams as a great place to work
  • Monitor the company’s brand perception and reputation within the local market and proactively recommend action plans to address any emerging concerns or capitalise on positive trends
  • Conduct market research to benchmark Pwrteams against competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation in the field of talent acquisition
  • Support & coordinate the organisation of various internal & external events
  • Be in charge of branded print materials & company swag
  • Implement Pwrteams’ internal communication strategies to ensure employees are well-informed, engaged and aligned with the company's mission and goals
  • Create, edit and distribute engaging content for internal platforms such as intranet, newsletters, emails and all-hands meetings
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all internal communication channels
  • Execute internal campaigns to promote the company culture and celebrate key milestones
  • Monitor employee feedback through surveys, focus groups and other methods
  • Support change management initiatives by providing clear, timely and transparent communication during organisational changes
Qualifications:
  • Up to 1.5 years of experience (internships or entry-level roles) in the field(s) of employer branding or marketing
  • Completed a digital marketing course
  • An excellent grasp of English and Ukrainian, with the ability to produce high-quality content and to tailor tone and messaging for different audiences
  • A creative mindset and interest in content creation (e.g. blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, visuals)
  • Familiarity with social media management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Confident in using Canva or similar tools for simple design tasks (or keen to learn)
  • SEO and GA4 knowledge are a plus
  • Proactive, organised and capable of managing tasks independently
  • A team player with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow
  • A positive, open-minded attitude and the ability to collaborate with diverse personalities
