Overview:
We’re searching for a gifted Travel Manager/Office Coordinator to join our welcoming team in Kyiv.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan/support domestic and international business trips for Pwrteams’ employees, support them during travels
  • Assist with business trips for Pwrteams customers
  • Book airline, train, bus tickets, hotels/accommodations
  • Assist with visa paperwork and application processes
  • Handle written and oral communication with customers and management team regarding trip-related matters
  • Creating, optimizing, and monitoring corporate travel policies
  • Organize staff & client meals, taxi fares, gratuities, client gifts, excursions, supplies (office supplies and/or services), etc
  • Cooperate with service providers and vendors, managing contract and rate negotiations as needed
  • Coordinate office activities and operations
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Qualifications:
  • Exceptionally organized and thorough, able to meet last minute deadlines
  • Dreams big and loves planning & executing the details to create a vision
  • Experience organizing business trips in Ukraine, Poland and to other countries
  • Knowledge of application processes for different types of visas
  • Experience working with ticket/hotel booking tools
  • Experienced PC and office equipment user, has good presentation skills
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize
