Your Tasks – Paint the world green:

• You are the main point of contact for a group of bus partners regarding most business, financial and operational topics
• You manage up to 10 accounts
• You actively engage in shaping bus partner's portfolios to maximize Flix and bus partners profits
• You support discussions on new routes/cities/solutions
• You help identify, negotiate, and acquire new bus operators to partner with Flix
• You present partnership opportunities and the advantages of a cooperation with Flix to external stakeholders (local authorities, bus companies, terminals)
• You explain Flix business model while onboarding new employees from all departments

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board:

• Native level of Ukrainian and very good command of English
• Degree in business administration, management, transportation, logistics or tourism proffered
• Relevant work experience in B2B sales, business development, account management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proactivity, reliability and eagerness to learn
• Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
• Interest in travel or transportation would be a plus
