We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Operations Manager to lead and enhance our HR operational processes. This role will oversee the daily HR activities, manage internal HR systems, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and support the continuous improvement of HR initiatives in all locations of hiring.

The HR Operations Manager will be a key driver in delivering a seamless employee experience and efficient HR services to the company.Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and internal processes and policies in all locations of hiring – this is a key responsibility for this roleManage HR operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle management from the operational side.Oversee HR data management, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal and company standards.Manage internal systems for people’s data and drive improvements in automatizationDevelop, implement, and improve HR policies, processes, and procedures.Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, IT and other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional processes.Provide HR reporting and metrics to senior leadership, identifying trends and recommending actions.Support employee relations activities by advising managers and employees on HR compliance policies and best HR Ops practices.Mentor a team of HR administratorsStay updated on HR trends, technologies, and best practices to propose and drive continuous improvementsQualifications: Bachelor’s or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications preferred – e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD).3+ years of progressive experience in HR operations in global companies supporting hiring under direct employment contracts and via EORs.Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance in such countries as USA, UK, Poland, Germany, France. Proficient in HRIS platforms Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills: Experience in Software Development IndustryProject management skills and experience leading HR projects.Experience in global or multi-location HR operations
