Perfsol is the outsource IT company that is a member of InSoft.Partners group of companies. We are looking for a creative and open-minded Lead generation specialist to join our sales team. Our ideal candidate is ready to learn fast, flexible and adaptable to a dynamic environment. You will work closely with C-level executives to elaborate an efficient sales strategy together.

You will have a unique opportunity to participate in weekly meetings with experienced Lead generation specialists from 8 companies that are members of the InSotf.Partners group to learn, share knowledge and experience, brainstorm, and overcome obstacles together.

Job Requirements:
— from 1 year of commercial experience as a Lead Generator in the IT industry;
— experience in lead generation on Upwork and maintaining Upwork accounts;
— strong communication skills and efficient negotiation skills;
— English level — B2/C1 is a must;
— open to absorbing new knowledge and working in a dynamic environment;
— able to optimize a sales strategy and process as well as to share ideas on its improvement;
— quick decision-maker and a fast learner;
— work with CRM systems (Hubspot) will be a plus.

— work closely with Upwork to research and identify potential clients;
— full-cycle lead generation — create a general campaign logic, write messages for it, collect a database, set up the tools, launch the campaign, and lead correspondence;
— interact with sales team and C-level executives to elaborate the best working sales strategy and find out the optimal approaches;

Selection process:
— HR Interview;
— a short test task;
— interview with the Head of Department;
— final decision.
