The CHI Software team is not standing still. We love our job and give it one hundred percent of us! Every new project is a challenge that we face successfully. The only thing that can stop us is… Wait, it’s nothing! Now the CHI team is looking for a Junior+ UI/UX Designer!
Requirements:
- 1,5+ years of commercial experience as a UX/UI specialist.
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
- Understanding desktop and mobile material guidelines.
- Understanding the principles of atomic design and design systems.
- Proficiency with design & prototyping tools such as InVision, Sketch, and Figma).
- Desktop and mobile platform portfolio examples.
- Ability to turn ideas and business requirements into sketches, prototypes, etc.
- Passionate about investigating and researching to perform exceptional UX.
Responsibilities:
- Develop user-centric design concepts and solutions based on project requirements and user feedback.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine design solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate the user experience.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and documentation.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior designers when necessary.
