Required skills:

• Experience with Django web framework;

• Experience with FastAPI;

• Experience with IaaS and PaaS;

• Experience with relational databases (non-relational databases will be an advantage);

• Experience with the creation and use of RESTful APIs;

• Solid experience with version control systems (Git);

• Knowledge of Docker is preferable;

• Understanding of object-oriented programming principles;

• Basic knowledge of unit tests creation principles;

• Knowledge of UNIX systems;

• Upper-Intermediate. (B2);

• Experienced PC user :)

Go Wombat is a team of talented specialists focused on developing stable and effective web and mobile applications. We enjoy working with non-standard tasks which require contemporary technologies. Our team includes more than 80 employees, and we are looking for proactive and responsible people, as we are, at Go Wombat.

Our specialists work in different parts of the world, but we highly value live communication. Currently, our team is located in three offices - Estonia, West Ukraine, and Spain, where almost a third of our developers are and where we plan to open our official branch.

The main direction of our development during the last seven years has been growth without losing technological focus since our company was built around it. Our main backend direction is Python combined with multiple frameworks (Django and FastAPI are the primary ones). In frontend development, we mostly use ReactJS.

Our hierarchy is straightforward and practical — we don’t have a bureaucracy, and we are proud of it.

Mainly, Go Wombat cooperates with clients from Europe — the UK, Netherlands, and Scandinavia. However, we also have many exciting projects from the USA and Israel.
