We’re actively looking for Python Developer to join our team.

Our client’s service is an AI-powered market intelligence platform designed to provide comprehensive insights into the live events ticketing industry. By unifying live primary, secondary, and historical market data, their service enables users to make informed decisions and navigate the ticketing landscape with confidence. Its advanced AI analyzes real-time trends alongside historical data, allowing users to identify hidden opportunities and predict consumer behavior shifts ahead of competitors

What you’ll do:

— Architect & Implement: Design, build, and maintain scalable based backend services that power our analytics platform. You’ll be responsible for conceiving architecture from scratch and evolving it as the product grows.
— Data pipeline engineering: Collaborate closely with engineers to design robust data ingestion and transformation pipelines, ensuring high availability and reliability.
— Performance optimization: Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and improve backend systems for speed, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
— End-to-End ownership: Take full ownership of features—from initial requirements to production deployment—and deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
— Cross-functional collaboration: Work with product, design, and other engineering teams to bring complex features to life and deliver exceptional user experiences.

What we’re looking for:

— 4+ years of experience: A proven track record in building backend applications with Python.
— Architectural insight: Ability to quickly conceptualize system architectures and choose appropriate technologies and frameworks.
— Modern tools & frameworks: Familiarity with frameworks like FastAPI or Django, and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
— Data handling expertise: Previous hands-on experience dealing with large databases, implementing efficient data storage solutions, and utilizing caching strategies for high-performance, scalable systems.
— Cloud & CI/CD: Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
— Problem-solving mindset: You’re a quick thinker who thrives on transforming complex requirements into elegant technical solutions. You’re not afraid to dive into ambiguous challenges and come up with actionable plans.
— Ownership & Accountability: You prefer “I’ve got this” to “not my problem.” You take pride in delivering robust, scalable solutions and enjoy seeing projects through to completion.
— Collaboration & Communication: Clear, concise communicator who can work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. You’re comfortable in an environment where feedback flows freely, and everyone’s ideas are heard.
