The full production cycle IT company Pine Software specializes in the development of software products/services in the field of information technologies. The company's team is working on creating a trading platform with innovative solutions that solve

specific problems and satisfy certain customer needs. Company is also engaged in research and development of new technological solutions.Our head office is located in sunny, sometimes scorchy Larnaca, Cyprus, and we have an office located in Kyiv as well.

You will deal with and be responsible for:

• Expert evaluation of product phases;
• Backlog management;
• Sprint planning (+ other Scrum team ceremonies facilitation);
• Synchro and integrations with other teams/product parts;
• Release and delivery management;
• Interaction with bug reports and help in resolving in critical situations;
• Sanity testing of new features and their validation;
• Constant work with developer’s team;
• Working with end users (research: interviews, surveys, feedbacks, bugreports);
• Collaboration with Product team in Roadmap creation;
• Collaboration with UI/UX designer/researcher;
• Product Roadmap maintenance;
• Creation of documentation / wiki;
• Mentoring new team members;
• Trading domain, Technical skills (Coding, testing) would be a plus.

• 
  3+ years in product management, delivery management, implementation;

• 
  3+ years in research, market and business analysis, strategic planning and processes optimization;

• Hands on experience in IT development/any experience in coding would be a plus;

• Hands on experience with technologies: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Product management theoretical knowledge, Scrum, SDLC knowledge;

• Exceptional communication skills;

• Leadership;

• Ukrainian (Native);

• B2 English (Upper-Intermediate).
