Our global-scale operations are based on strong internal expertise, analytics, and data research. We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.

We are looking for a SMM Manager to join our team.

• Close cooperation with the site's editorial teams and the creative department;
• Generation of ideas and implementation of contests, giveaways, etc.;
• Planning posts, writing them and posting them on Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, X;
• Creation of activations and raffles;
• Fulfillment of set KPIs (ER, OKR);
• Conducting advertising campaigns: selection of public pages for advertising, coordination,moderation, accountability;
• Management of brand social networks: planning, content creation, submission of region to related departments (design, gaming, copywriting), reporting;

• 1+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the iGaming or entertainment sector.
• Content Creation: Strong skills in crafting engaging content tailored for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies to achieve KPIs effectively.
• Campaign Management: Experience in planning and executing advertising campaigns, with a focus on community engagement and growth.
• Team Player: Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, gaming, and creative departments.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with brand ambassadors, streamers, and internal stakeholders.
• Creative Problem Solver: A passion for generating new ideas, contests, and activations that resonate with the audience.
• Adaptable: Ability to stay updated on social media trends and implement best practices in a rapidly changing environment.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience working in the MENA region;
• Professional skills in working with Telegram messenger functionality (bot setup, creating quizzes, integrating analytical tools);
• Experience working with regions where you do not know the local language.
