About us:

We are an internationally operating company in the field of production and distribution of high quality stainless steel fittings, valves, flanges and pipes. Our goal is to offer our customers innovative and cost-effective solutions. To strengthen our team we are looking for a dedicated sales representative for the market in Ukraine.

Tasks:

• Acquisition and support of new customers as well as subsequent maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships in the area of stainless steel products
• Advising customers on various products and solutions
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
• Working closely with other departments such as marketing, product development and customer service to ensure a holistic approach to customer success
• Continuous market monitoring and competitive analysis to proactively respond to changing market conditions

Requirements:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on sales/marketing
• Several years of experience in sales
• Sound knowledge of the Ukrainian market and the local business culture
• Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as a convincing appearance
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English, Russian an advantage
• Experience in working with CRM systems and MS Office
