Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Manager to join our team in Poland. As a Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding GigaCloud's presence in the Polish market by developing and nurturing strategic partnerships. You will work closely with key partners, identify new opportunities, and drive collaborative initiatives to achieve mutual success.


Responsibilities:


  • Partner Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners aligned with GigaCloud's business objectives.
Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and ensure mutual success.
  • Business Development:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to drive partner engagement and revenue growth.
  • Training and Enablement:
Provide training and enablement support to partners to ensure a deep understanding of GigaCloud's products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver relevant resources and materials for partner education.
  • Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on partner performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of partner programs.
  • Collaboration:
Foster strong collaboration with internal cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of joint initiatives.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in partner management, business development, or a related role within the technology or cloud computing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the IT landscape and cloud services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
