Vanongo is an AI-powered last-mile logistics platform. We bring consumer centric tech to the world of urban last-mile delivery. We focus on enabling transparent and precise delivery for merchants and fleets for sales increase making post-checkout part of journey and enabling upsell capabilities during the delivery.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving key projects that ensure the seamless execution of customer initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, you will lead the coordination and delivery of solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Recruitment process.
Step 1: Screening interview with a recruiter (30 min).
Step 2: Technical interview (90 min).
Step 3: Interview with COO (60 min).
Job Description
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery of customer-facing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and set priorities.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring expectations are aligned and objectives met.
- Track and monitor project progress, addressing any issues or roadblocks that arise.
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure successful onboarding and training of new customers, acting as a liaison between the customer and internal teams.
- Provide regular updates on project status to leadership, identifying areas for improvement or risk mitigation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in customer-facing roles, ideally within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus), both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Knowledge of customer success processes and best practices is a plus.
- Experience in working with business clients.
- Experience in a startup environment.
